Dr. Oz Show Recommends Chiropractic!

Posted on 2010-09-20 07:07:09

I’m sure if you know who “Dr. Oz” is, but in case you don’t, he’s probably America’s “most popular” medical doctor right now.  He’s been on Oprah numerous times and he has his own show…”The Dr. Oz Show.”

Anyway, millions of people tune in to his show and listen to his advice.

And on a recent show, Dr. Oz and his guests went over natural and alternative treatments for common ailments such as seasonal allergies, sleep troubles, and back pain.  (Back pain, by the way, is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor!)

And guess what they said about back pain?

Dr. Oz and his panel of experts DISCOURAGED surgery for back pain, and ENCOURAGED healthy treatments like chiropractic care instead.

So why would America’s most popular medical doctor allow one of the experts on his show to recommend chiropractic care for back pain?  Because it’s the best treatment for the back that there is.  Chiropractic care for back pain works much better than treatments that only treat symptoms, like popping pills and getting injections.

If you’d like to watch the video clip to see for yourself, here’s the link:

http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/ask-dr-oz-alternative-medicine-pt-3

I think it’s fair to say that over the past 10 years, chiropractic care has increasingly become more popular as well as accepted in the medical community.  Sure, there will always be those people who won’t update their thinking and change their view point, but plenty have.  Chiropractic care is more popular than ever.

So if you have a friend or family member that’s “on the fence” about chiropractic care, why not send them this email and have them watch the video?  It might not change their mind, but you never know.

It always amazes me how many people NEEDLESSLY suffer with back pain because they won’t give chiropractic care a try.  So I want to do this for you…

If you have a friend, family member, or co-worker that you think could benefit from chiropractic care, but is “on the fence” about chiropractic, I will be happy to have a FREE 30 minute consultation with them.

I will answer all their questions and see if I can help them without any obligation or risk on their part whatsoever.  Just let us know and we’ll schedule the consultation.

Have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon!

Sincerely,

Dr. Daniel Pozarnsky

How does your spine break down?

Posted on 2010-09-11 07:14:12

Hi Students,

The other day I had a patient ask me a great question.  She asked, “What causes the spine to breakdown, have pain, and create health problems?  Is it every day wear and tear?”

The answer is there are 4 factors that cause our spines to breakdown and cause health problems.

First is everyday wear and tear.  Our everyday activity can make our spines unhealthy over time.

The second factor is the aging process.  As we get older, our bodies naturally start to break down and deteriorate.  We can fight the effects of aging by taking care of our bodies on a regular basis.

The third factor that causes our spines to become unhealthy and create health problems is stress.  There are 3 different types of stress that affect the health of our spine and body: physical stress, chemical stress, and emotional stress.

Chiropractic adjustments have been scientifically proven to limit the damaging effects that stress has on the body.

Over 80% of our population experiences back pain or health problems as a result of an unhealthy spine.  The reason so many people suffer with back problems or spinal related health problems is because most people don’t take care of their spine.

The fourth factor that causes our spines to break down and create health problems is neglect.

You wouldn’t expect your car to run optimally if you never serviced it and took good care of it, would you?  The spine is no different.

Just like healthy teeth need a dentist, a healthy spine needs a chiropractor to maintain optimal health.

Word to the wise: you cannot have optimal health with an unhealthy spine.  The quality of your health is largely determined by the health of your spine and nerve system.

Have a great day!

Sincerely,
